Edenshead Parish Church held its last service on Christmas Eve 2007 following the decision by the Church of Scotland to close it. The Church contained windows commemorating the fallen of both World Wars and before these windows were removed, pictures were taken of them in situ

This window commemorates Captain Flockhart Thom MC,
who was killed serving with the Fife and Forfar
Yeomanry
In ever loving memory of J Flockhart Thom MC
Captain Fife & Forfar Yeomanry (att Cavalry
Machine Gun Corps). Only son of R D Thom of
Pitlochie Gateside Fife and Mary Gilmour Leburn,
his wife, who fell mortally wounded in action at
Ibrid Palestine 26 Sept 1918. Died and was buried
at Er Remte Palestine 27 Sept 1918 aged 25
years.

Gateside - the comrades of Flockhart Thom.

This window commemorates the three men and one
women who died as a result of WW2.
These memorial plaques commemorate the fallen of
both WW1 and WW2. They were commissioned by Mrs
Dorothy Hyland following the closure of the church
and were erected in Gateside Memorial Hall, which
is itself a memorial to the fallen of WW1.
